PROCESS SERVING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

There is a charge for each separate address, defendant or case attempted.
PREPAYMENT IS REQUIRED- All fees are to be paid in advance, including for additional addresses attempted.
There is no guarantee of service for documents which require personal service, have a specific court date, or for Rush service.
No refunds will be made for any reason.
NO STATUS REPORTS WILL BE GIVEN AT ANY TIME. You will be notified by telephone, email, fax or mail after service has been completed.
$40 per hour billed in HALF HOUR increments, including travel time from downtown Cleveland. (No additional mileage fees.) While we are familiar with standard document filing, research and retrieval, we are not attorneys and require specific instructions as to what result is expected and what is to be accomplished.
TURNAROUND TIME- Standard within 72 hours, however there is no charge for "RUSH within our capacity"....which simply means we may attempt within hours of receipt but pre-existing or paid rush orders will take priority.

We will knock on the debtors door and ask for them by name. If the debtor is not home, the sealed envelope containing the late notice will be delivered to whomever answers the door or posted to the front door of the premises. A short report listing condition and type of real property and vehicles will be returned.

CREDIT POLICY |
|
All invoices are due upon receipt. Loan signing for title and mortgage companies are automatically assigned a 30 day interest free grace period. Invoices which remain past due after the grace period are assessed a $25 per month past due charge, plus simple interest compounded monthly based on a 24% annual rate, or the maximum allowable under law. All other new customers, including loan signing for signing companies or individuals, process service, records retrieval and court filing, are PREPAID until a credit application is completed and approved. Failure to pay according to approved terms will be re-billed at full rate if discounted, special or contract rates were given. Customer is responsible for all collections and legal fees associated with collecting past due accounts. |

LEGAL DISCLAIMERS |

You agree to release A1 Cleveland Service Agency from any liability or claims arising out of this service. “We are not attorneys licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio, and we may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice.” Subject to local law, we are under the direct control and supervision of our customers. Cuyahoga Court of Common Pleas Division of Domestic Relations appointed process servers on staff. |

PAYMENT METHODS |

Cash, business and
certified checks and checks by fax. We DO NOT accept personal
checks. Net 30 day terms available upon credit application and

We charge a $60 fee for each returned check. |

SHIPPING AND COURIER SERVICES |
|
Actual shipping costs plus 30% is billed for all overnight, special courier and heavy items. First class mail for envelopes at no extra charge. We always make our best effort in dropping overnight items before the last local pick-up time. |

TURNAROUND TIME AND RUSH SERVICES |
|
First attempt for routine process service is 3 business days, with a total of 3 attempts within 15 business days. **No charge for rush service when “within our capacity.” Loan signing must be scheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours prior to appointment. |
If you provide an address and pay for FLAT RATE service, we'll include a basic skip trace at no additional charge if the it turns out to be invalid.
