Sometimes an easy Ohio Process Service or North Carolina Process Service assignment turns into a difficult job very quickly.  An inexperienced process server, or previous attempts with Certified Mail, Fedex, or Sheriff Service, could tip off a subject who may be attempting to avoid service. Problem Process Service in Ohio.

Private Process Servers are sometimes more costly than other methods of service, but attempting with other methods first can tip them off.  For subjects who may avoid service, we can catch them off guard or use creative methods to get papers served to them.  With our extensive experience and as licensed private investigators, we sometimes have techniques and methods not available to unlicensed Process Servers.

If you have previously unsuccessfully attempted service, our service agreement requires you notify us in advance.  We often succeed where other service methods fail, but all fees are fully earned and non-refundable. No guarantee of successful service, we charge for time not completion. Special circumstances and difficult serves are quoted in advance by CSA and vary from normal routine fees up to $75/hour with 4 hour minimum.
